Walter Homburger, CM

The National Ballet of Canada mourns the passing of Walter Homburger, one of Canada’s important arts leaders, at the age of 95. Walter served as the company’s first Tour Manager and first General Manager from 1951 – 1955.

During a long and distinguished career, Walter's passion for the arts influenced many, both locally and globally, throughout the performing arts community. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family.
