In Studio COVID-19 Update

I hope you are all staying well and safe. I want you to know how much all the instructors, accompanists and myself dearly miss the entire In Studio family.

To further contain the spread of COVID-19, the Ontario Government has ordered the mandatory closure of all non-essential workplaces effective as of Tuesday, 24 mars at 23:59. As a result, The Walter Carsen Centre must close its doors and all In Studio activities are suspended until further notice.

To keep you moving and positive during this time, we will be sharing workouts on Instagram LIVE that you can follow from your kitchen, living room, bedroom or wherever you are at home on our Instagram. We also have a list of short movement videos below.

I know this is a difficult time for everyone but my hope is that once this is all over we will all have a deepened appreciation for the joy of movement, connection with others and our health and well-being.

Here’s to staying positive, staying home and lots of dancing in our living rooms!
