The UK Friends of The National Ballet of Canada (UK Friends) was established to support the activities of The National Ballet of Canada in the UK. Donations to the UK Friends will be used to support The National Ballet of Canada’s excellence in performance in the UK including touring, the development of exciting new productions, and outreach programmes. 

Artistic Director Hope Muir’s vision for The National Ballet of Canada includes a commitment to provide each dancer the artistic growth necessary for a satisfying career, and to add new choreographic voices to the company’s signature repertoire. Through her time working in the U.K., the United States of America, and now Canada, Hope is deeply engaged with ballet on the world stage and connected to emerging and established choreographers across Europe and North America.

UK Friends is proud to be associated with this prestigious company and to keep Canadians abroad connected to home. We are pleased to host company leaders and artists, and to gather together for performances and events in the UK.

To show our gratitude for your generosity, we are pleased to offer you special recognition (for any donation £95 and over) that will enhance your experiences with The National Ballet of Canada and keep you up-to-date with our activities.
