Caldwell Partners Leads Executive Director Search

CFO Amanda Ram Appointed Interim Executive Director as of 1 juillet, 2024

1 mai, 2024… Rags Davloor, Chair of The National Ballet of Canada’s Board of Directors, today announced Caldwell Partners has been selected to lead the search for a new Executive Director. Chief Financial Officer Amanda Ram will serve as Interim Executive Director as of 1 juillet, 2024. Current Executive Director Barry Hughson steps down from the position on 30 juin to join American Ballet Theatre, as previously announced. 

Caldwell Partners will collaborate with the Board of Director’s Search Committee and conduct an extensive, international search for the National Ballet’s next Executive Director.

Ram has been The National Ballet of Canada’s Chief Financial Officer since 2019. She has over 20 years of senior strategic, financial and operations experience and held leadership roles in the advertising, design and market research industries prior to joining the National Ballet.
