  1. 1Jeannine’s repertoire includes Giselle, one of her favourite ballets and the first one she saw The National Ballet of Canada perform live.
  2. 2She performs a wide repertoire of classical and contemporary ballets, including Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, The Vertiginous Thrill of Exactitude, Piano Concerto #1, Angels’ Atlas and Paz de la Jolla.
  3. 3Jeannine dances soloist roles such as the Second Fairy in The Sleeping Beauty and Polyhymnia in Apollo, which she reprised in the company’s commissioned film of Apollo for Spotlight Series in 2021.
  4. 4In 2019, Jeannine represented the National Ballet in The International Competition for The Erik Bruhn Prize alongside Principal Dancer Siphesihle November. The pair performed a pas de deux from La Sylphide at the company’s Mad Hot Ballet gala the same year.
  5. 5Jeannine was born in Saskatoon and left home in grade 11 to attend Canada’s National Ballet School.
